Although all our products are 2018 Farm Bill compliant and legal for shipping in all 50 states, you are responsible for knowing the laws in your state and region regarding hemp.

We ship via USPS. In house processing time is usually the same day order is received.

Unopened products may be returned to store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of product price. Due to packaging of some products, we will not be able to provide refunds for roll on products, lotions, salves, or balms. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Return shipping will be the responsibility of buyer.

We will not refund or replace clogged Delta 8 vape pens or cartridges.
